Job Summary
Provide intakes and comprehensive assessments of children's behavioral health needs; conduct behavioral health screenings using formal tools to determine appropriate interventions and treatment plans; refer clients to resources and services; directly support children and families, including developing coping strategies and connecting them with community resources; facilitate training sessions for staff, families, and partners on behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and intervention strategies; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care; opportunity to contribute to staff development and anti-racist practices.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in social work or mental health discipline
- Post-graduate clinical experience (min 2 years)
- Experience working with children and families
