Job Summary

Lead recruitment and implement the ParentChild+ home visiting model and PreK playgroup, supervising 2-4 Early Learning Specialists, volunteers, and interns. Design year-round outreach strategies, establish community relationships through events, and create accessible curricular materials for families. Manage program budgets, oversee case management support, and ensure compliance with NYC laws while reporting to donors and stakeholders. Fulfill daily data-management responsibilities in Salesforce and Daisy, including reviewing home visit notes, and prepare for external agency site visits. This full-time exempt role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and involves occasional evening and weekend work with local travel to families' homes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • B.A. in education, social work or related field
  • 3+ years of early childhood education experience
  • MA in Early Childhood Education
  • Strong knowledge base of early childhood education and child development
  • 2+ years leading and operationalizing programs, including supervising and mentoring a team
  • 3+ years of experience working with new immigrants, especially youth and/or children of immigrants
  • Comfortable working independently; self-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, from parents to other CBOs
  • Clear understanding of client confidentiality; strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills
  • In-person at Masa's office
  • Significant local travel to families' homes as well as other settings
  • Light to moderate carrying of program materials (15-40 lbs)
  • Occasional evenings and weekends

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with, and deep understanding of, the unique needs of immigrant children, youth and families
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • MA in Early Childhood Education
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
