Job Summary
The Early Childhood Education Coach works under the supervision of the Early Education Coordinator, providing coaching and training to Head Start teachers to enhance teaching practices in early childhood education. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to the curriculum, obtaining CLASS certification, identifying strategies for improving teacher-child interactions, collaborating with management to identify areas for improvement, and regularly reviewing educational data with teachers to inform instruction. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to mentor adult learners, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field along with teaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Early Childhood Education or related field with 12 credits in Early Childhood Education
- Three years teaching in a Pre–school classroom
