Job Summary

Conduct intensive coaching sessions with teachers using video or in-person observations to implement Practice-Based Coaching and enhance teaching practices for positive child outcomes. Review data from Initial Self Reflections to guide staff toward professional development tracks and assist in creating action plans based on effective teaching strategies. Model highly effective teaching practices while staying abreast of developments in the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework and Performance Standards. Document the PBC process using Centro's data system to provide progress reports to the Education Director, ensuring you achieve and maintain CLASS observer reliability. Regularly travel to centers to deliver these sessions. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • sufficient training and experience in adult learning

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
