Job Summary
Develop and enhance curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom resources for children ages 0–5, ensuring alignment with The Learning Experience philosophy and current research. Write teacher guides, classroom activities, and family resources while creating presentations and visual materials using Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe InDesign. Research emerging trends in early childhood education, monitor changes to licensing requirements and standards, and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement. Assist with professional development initiatives and provide educational expertise to support curriculum implementation across centers. This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$65,000 in Deerfield Beach, FL, with full-time onsite hours Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of classroom teaching experience working directly with children from infancy through age five
- Experience as an Infant, Toddler, Preschool, or Pre-K teacher
- Elementary Education experience
- Experience developing curriculum, lesson plans, or instructional materials
- Knowledge of child assessment tools and early learning standards
- Familiarity with NAEYC, QRIS, ECERS, ITERS, CLASS, or similar quality frameworks
- Experience supporting curriculum implementation or teacher training
- Passion for creating exceptional learning experiences for young children
- Experience creating documents, presentations, and instructional resources using Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe InDesign experience
