Job Summary
Early Childhood Coordinator/Home Visitor at Educare of Omaha, Inc. will develop and maintain relationships with families enrolled in home-based services, recruit and enroll families to maintain full enrollment, conduct regular home visits (three times monthly per child), plan group activities, perform child screenings, collaborate with Sixpence staff and community partners, coach parents to strengthen parenting skills, and maintain documentation and records. Position requires a Bachelor’s in early childhood or related field, two years’ experience with birth-to-five populations, background check clearance, and is full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hours/week) at the Skinner Learning Center in Omaha, NE, serving all five Educare locations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, or related required
- At least two (2) years’ experience working with families and children ages birth to five
- Must be able to pass a background check that meets compliance standards
- Bi-lingual candidate preferred but not required
