Job Summary
Provide relationship-based home visitation for families enrolled in Educare’s program; conduct monthly home visits (three per child across 12 children) using Sixpence curriculum; recruit and enroll families to maintain full enrollment; plan monthly group activities; perform scheduled child screenings and referrals; collaborate with Sixpence staff and community partners; promote parental involvement and strengthen parenting skills through coaching; maintain documentation and participate in ongoing training and TA; uphold organizational policies and confidentiality; role located at the Skinner ELC in Omaha, with service across five locations; role offers full-time hours (40/wk) and starting wage of $23.23+/hr, with non-exempt status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood
- Two years’ experience working with families and children ages birth to five
- Background check
- Ability to pass compliance standards
