Job Summary

Plan, organize, and evaluate the overall operation of the designated consulting program while establishing policies and procedures to meet licensing and accreditation requirements. Describe and quantify consultations, referrals, educational services, and technical assistance provided quarterly. Make assessments of assigned consumers, including children, adolescents, and adults, and implement treatment plans based on assessment data and professional standards. Operate the program in a cost-effective manner, monitor revenues and expenditures, and respond to emergency situations in a timely fashion. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client files while providing services within time requirements and adhering to ethical concepts. Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, representing the agency in the community and handling conflicts with good judgment and compassion. Submit to a criminal record check and drug screening, and maintain CPR certification.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree from an accredited school in social work, psychology, nursing, professional counseling or another related field
Two years of experience with early childhood population birth through age five
Knowledgeable about early childhood mental health, including child development, social-emotional wellness and healthy attachment
Familiar with the parent-child dyad
Familiar with adverse childhood experiences and how they can affect adult behavior and relationships
Valid Kentucky Driver's License
Maintain a safe driving record
Physically able to reach, push, pull, stoop, stand, walk and lift up to 20 pounds
Possess a valid Kentucky Driver's License and maintain a safe driving record if required for job performance
Possess a valid Kentucky Driver's License and maintain a safe driving record if required for job performance
Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation within one month of employment and maintain the certification, if providing direct care
