Job Summary
Part-time Early Childhood Assistant at Ray Kilmer Elementary School (Monument, CO) supporting preschool classrooms with age-appropriate learning experiences. Works directly with preschool teachers to facilitate inclusive play, assist with differentiated learning, prepare materials, and support self-help skills (hand-washing, coats, toileting, diapering, snack opening). Collaborates with teams to achieve classroom goals; 2.5 hours per day on student contact days. Starting wage $20.20-$21.78/hour; opportunity to contribute to curriculum activities and student development. Eligibility for PERA and health insurance; includes district leave benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate degree in Early Childhood or meet the CDEC licensing requirements for Assistant Group Leader (7.702.45) is preferred
