Job Summary
Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers across the Texas division. Support and coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance while monitoring staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and labor management. Ensure adherence to state licensing, health, and safety requirements by partnering with leadership on hiring, training, and professional development initiatives. Analyze center performance metrics to implement improvement plans and support tours, enrollment strategies, and family engagement when needed. Requires federal background clearance, 3 professional references, and ability to travel between centers. Flexible work from home options available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education
- Strong understanding of Tennessee State licensing and compliance standards
- Federal background clearance
- 3 Professional References
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Ability to travel between centers as needed
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
