Job Summary
Prepare accounts, support audits, and provide tax and business advice to clients across the region while balancing work and study. You will work directly with clients, contribute to real projects, and gain a strong understanding of how successful businesses operate. The programme combines practical experience with professional study towards your qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA) alongside the Sumer Academy's dedicated early careers development. Applications close on 15th July; shortlisted candidates complete an online assessment via Canditech followed by an in-person assessment centre at the Swindon office on 29th July.
Required Qualifications
- A-Level or equivalent academic background
- Grade C/5 in English at GCSE level (or equivalent)
- Grade B/6 Maths at GCSE level (or equivalent)
- Training contract
- Professional study towards qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA)
