Job Summary
Create and gain buy-in from clients for sourcing strategies covering EBM, channels, and onboarding. Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to position Join Talent as a trusted partner. Post job adverts, manage applications, and directly source and headhunt candidates matching role requirements. Screen applicants to present shortlists and guide Hiring Managers through candidate selection. Manage the candidate journey professionally while delivering a rock-star client experience and enhancing the brand of both client and Join Talent. Utilize ATS systems, analyze business data, and stay aware of market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Early Careers/Campus Hiring experience
- Global talent acquisition experience
- Utilising and maintaining the ATS and any other client/project system
- Writing updates and analysing relevant business data
- Being aware of market trends and competitors for candidates
- Complying with our company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction
- Demonstrable and relevant experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in-house and/or with an agency
- Strong expertise at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates
- A strong track record of closing requisitions with quick turnaround
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Problem-solving capability
- Self-motivated approach
- Ability to work closely with all kinds of client stakeholders, team members and peers across the company
