Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and influence early careers hiring decisions. Lead end-to-end recruitment for vacationer, graduate, undergraduate, and high school leaver programs. Build relationships with schools, universities, and industry partners to strengthen BDO's brand presence. Plan and deliver Summer and Winter Vacation Programs and the Activate Graduate Program, ensuring meaningful participant experiences from onboarding through completion. Support participant engagement and development by partnering with leaders, buddies, and mentors. Identify opportunities to improve processes and champion inclusive recruitment practices to attract diverse talent. Join a collaborative national team shaping the future of BDO's workforce.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in early careers recruitment or program delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
