Job Summary
Campus Recruitment Associate in Japan responsible for the end-to-end campus recruiting process for program tracks, sourcing from domestic and international universities, building partnerships with stakeholders, planning recruitment seasons and events, overseeing internship programs, mentoring interns, and evaluating interns for potential full-time offers. Oversees Summer Analyst Program orientation and continued learning opportunities, and collaborates with APAC recruitment efforts on local and global projects. Requires strong communication in Japanese and English, and proven ability to lead projects, manage relationships, and plan multi-faceted recruitment initiatives for university populations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of business/recruiting experience or relevant experience in junior talent resource management
- Knowledge of the student market and higher educational system in Japan
- Demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects
- Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, verbally and written
