Job Summary
Conduct retirement consulting support for global organizations by designing, managing, and administering defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Analyze data to draw conclusions on funding, investing, and employee management strategies that align with specific client goals. Gain direct exposure to real client assignments while expanding technical knowledge through a comprehensive exam study program featuring paid study hours and coaching. Work within a close-knit team environment to assist in designing, governing, and communicating various retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
- Will not require sponsorship now or in the future
- Student visas, CPT, OPT, H-1B, TN, and other temporary work authorizations are considered restricted forms of employment eligibility
- Once these expire, the candidate must be able to present another valid form of work authorization
