Job Summary
Support the project team in administration and coordination of construction site activities for a major Battery Energy Storage System project in Gryfino. Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes while assisting the Project Manager, Cost Manager, and engineers with ongoing tasks. Monitor project schedules, progress updates, and key deliverables, and coordinate with contractors to ensure efficient information flow. Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, and logistics, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up. Participate in site inspections and promote a safe working environment by supporting compliance with health and safety requirements. This internship offers students or recent graduates in engineering or project management hands-on experience on large-scale energy infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in construction projects, energy infrastructure, or project management
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good command of Polish and English
- Availability to work from the project site in Gryfino
