Job Summary
Early Careers Coordinator responsibilities include recruitment onboarding for Insight/Work Experience attendees, Apprentices, Interns and Graduates; tasks such as preparing and sending offer letters, coordinating pre-employment screening and visa/work permits, liaising with internal stakeholders and HR systems, posting vacancies, screening candidates, creating shortlists, organising assessment days, arranging travel and hotels, logging interview feedback, and processing expenses. The role also supports Early Careers Programmes by coordinating administrative tasks for programmes, scheduling presentations and training, and producing induction packs. Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required.
