Job Summary
Lead and deliver Sizewell C’s Early Careers strategy, designing and managing apprenticeship, graduate, placement and work-experience programmes; build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, training providers and community organisations; champion social mobility and inclusive recruitment; develop attraction campaigns and outreach to raise awareness of careers at Sizewell C; collaborate with operational leaders, mentors and the supply chain to maximise development and retention; use data and market intelligence to continually improve programme performance and outcomes; drive meaningful pathways into careers for apprentices, graduates, career starters and future talent.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading or managing early careers, talent acquisition, employability, recruitment or workforce development programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices and talent pipeline development
- Analytical skills to turn data into action
- Experience within large-scale, regulated or project-based environments
- Desirable experience in apprenticeship, graduate or work experience programme management
- Experience working with schools, colleges, universities or employability organisations
- Right to work in the UK (as stated)
