Job Summary

Be responsible for partnering with the global Talent Development team to design, drive and execute high-profile intern and full-time early career talent programs in Singapore (with reach to other APAC offices) across research, trading and technology. Manage campus talent mobility processes with data, transparency, and empathy; onboard interns and full-time campus hires; set goals, provide timely feedback, coach mentors, and address performance risks. Develop new educational programming and development initiatives aligned with industry trends and local culture; partner with Talent Development, Campus Recruiting, HR, and business leaders to align program structure, goals, evaluation, conversion strategy, internal mobility, employee experience, and retention. Contribute to operations/tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, campaigns, workspace/equipment setup, vendor management, content coordination, and data integrity. Propose, pilot, and scale Early Career initiatives across the lifecycle and collaborate on broader Talent Development projects as needed. Demonstrates curiosity about the work people do, builds relationships across levels, and maintains reliable availability.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent/Learning Development, Campus Recruitment or HR Business Partner roles
  • Experience in financial services, quantitative trading, hedge funds, or high-performance technology environments
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across organization
  • Leadership experience and ownership of outcomes in people or project management
  • Experience diagnosing organizational and individual development needs and designing and implementing development initiatives
  • Strong business acumen, self-directed, results-oriented with ability to manage changing priorities in a flat environment
  • Strong documentation and data fluency, including experience with Workday, LMS and Excel, and ability to build reports/dashboards
