Job Summary
Early Career Structural Engineer role focusing on designing and analyzing structural systems for building cores, shells, and foundations using steel, concrete, and masonry elements. Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with IBC, ACI, and AISC; coordinate with architects and other disciplines to integrate structural design into facility plans; review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and provide construction-phase support. Emphasis on BIM with Autodesk Revit Structural and collaboration tools; experience with STAAD, RAM, Risa, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; opportunity to contribute with limited supervision and own project goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- 0-1 years of experience in structural design for facilities or industrial projects
- Familiarity with structural analysis and design software, including STAAD, RAM and Risa, as well as AutoCAD, and Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and standards; strong technical writing and coordination skills
