Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, and via occasional telehealth. Collaborate daily with teammates through huddles and virtual clinical teams while utilizing specific training to perform in-office procedures and supervise NPs or PAs. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and engage in continuous learning to support evidence-based primary care delivery. This full-time role is based in a San Francisco or Bay Area office, with final location determined during the interview process. Candidates must be currently enrolled in or recently completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency and hold a California state license.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- State licensed in California
- Relocation assistance may be available for this role
- One Medical participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
