Job Summary
Early career Primary Care Physician role for residents/fellows completing training in 2025 or 2026, based in the San Francisco / Bay Area. You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, treat patients in-office or at testing centers, and conduct occasional tele-health visits. The position includes ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams, with opportunities to perform in-office procedures and supervise NP/PA colleagues. Candidates should be currently enrolled in, or have recently completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program, be Board Eligible, hold or obtain a California medical license before start, and demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care, effective use of technology in delivering high-quality care, and strong teamwork. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing one or more NP or PA colleagues. Relocation assistance may be available, and the base salary is $308,700 per year with additional compensation potential based on qualifications and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Must presently be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
