Early career-Primary Care Physician - Adult medicine

Early-career Primary Care Physician role for residents/fellows in 2025/2026, based in One Medical offices in the San Francisco Bay Area. Responsibilities include managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; conducting in-office or testing-center visits as well as occasional tele-health; participating in weekly clinical rounds and collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures; supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues. Candidates must be currently enrolled in, or have completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency, be Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (or have completed residency and be scheduled to take the next available Board Exam), and hold aCalifornia state license before start. Strong emphasis on human-centered primary care, effective communication across diverse backgrounds, and adept use of technology to deliver high-quality care.
