Job Summary
Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for clients across paediatrics, adults, and neurological domains. Manage a caseload tailored to your clinical interests, predominantly within the NDIS space with opportunities to broaden into other funding streams. Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team while maintaining clear documentation and contributing to goal setting and reviews. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development to support your growth as an early-career practitioner. This role offers full supervision and mentoring for new graduates, with flexibility to work 0.8 to 0.9 FTE across clinic, community, or hybrid settings in Hobart.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered)
- Early career OTs and new grads warmly welcomed, full supervision and mentoring provided!
- Exposure to or interest in NDIS service delivery (training and support provided if you're still building this experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping people build independence and improve everyday life
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
