Job Summary
Gain exposure to Invesco Real Estate's Credit and Equity business lines by working on deals, transactions, and client meetings alongside professionals. Prepare and update property and portfolio financial models in Excel or Argus, conduct cash studies, and support investment evaluations and due diligence. Participate in internal and external client negotiations, complete real-world cash studies, and lead an end-of-summer capstone project. You will receive hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and collaboration with a cohort of fellow interns. This 9-week summer program in San Francisco offers a pathway to a full-time Early Career offer after graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
- Rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Emphasis on Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, or Business-related field
- Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and creative demeanor
- Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work in Invesco's San Francisco office
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated curiosity about finance, economics, and capital markets
- Prior internship in real estate investment management
- Familiarity with Argus Enterprise
