Job Summary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives, including conducting investment strategy, security, and market analysis using quantitative, fundamental, peer, and market research. Prepare presentations, summaries, and materials for internal and external stakeholders while attending team meetings to understand investment processes and performance metrics across ETF Fixed Income, Equity, Alternatives, and Strategy areas. Seek mentorship and feedback to support learning and growth throughout the 9-week summer program, which includes orientation, networking events, and development workshops. Work side-by-side with talented teams to gain hands-on experience in a global investment firm environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related field
- A demonstrated interest in investments
- Experience gathering and interpreting market data
- Intermediate proficiency with Python and Excel
- Must be able to work in Invesco's Downers Grove office (located in Chicago suburbs), where the ETF program is available
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
- Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with creative problem solving and analytical thinking
- Experience with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior internship in investment management
