Job Summary
Route policy documents and client notices while developing knowledge of carrier websites. Follow up with carriers for pending coverage changes and cancellations. Review renewal policies and endorsements for quality assurance. Obtain loss history and issue insurance certificates. Complete professional development trainings on the AMPD team. This Account Manager Trainee role requires a Florida 4-40 license or ability to obtain it within 90 days, along with strong accuracy, time management, and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Currently hold, or be able to obtain with 90 days, a Florida 4-40 license and/or 2-20 license
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or some combination of education and comparable work experience
- Intermediate computer skills including Word, Outlook & Excel
