Job Summary
Early-career Family Medicine physician sought for full-time based in the San Francisco / Bay Area offices. Responsible for managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and performing in-office procedures as well as occasional tele-health visits. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and utilize technology to deliver high-quality care. Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues; ongoing learning and effective communication with diverse patients. Requires CA medical licensure and completion or near-completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency; board-eligible status or recent completion desired. Competitive base salary noted with potential for performance-based pay and relocation assistance. Location: San Francisco / Bay Area offices. This is a full-time role with benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
