Job Summary
Book cargo space with carriers across air, ocean, and road modes, selecting cost-effective and efficient routes. Prepare and process shipping documents in the Transportation Management System to ensure accurate customs clearance and on-time delivery. Monitor shipment progress from origin to destination, maintaining records and communicating status updates to customers and stakeholders. Interact with clients to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction. Earn Evolve track certificates and obtain CargoWise Certified Operator certification within one year. Participate in formal training sessions and seek mentorship to develop technical and soft skills. Complete two-year rotations across multiple AIT stations to gain global exposure and a well-rounded skill set.
Required Qualifications
- High School
- Bachelor's Degree, preference for Supply Chain, Business Operations or similar
- Ability to travel extensively within the U.S. and internationally
- Relocation to other stations within the U.S.
- CargoWise Certified Operator certification wthin 1 year
