Job Summary
Support structural analysis and design for a variety of building projects by preparing calculations, reports, and construction documents. Develop drawings and models using Revit and/or AutoCAD while participating in coordination with architects, contractors, and internal teams. Attend site visits to observe construction and learn how engineering decisions connect to project timelines, budgets, and client needs. Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously to build real-world experience across commercial developments, tenant improvements, adaptive reuse, and civic work. Collaborate closely with a supportive, hands-on team in a fast-paced environment, balancing learning with increasing responsibility under mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Exposure to structural analysis/design software (ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- 0-3 years experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Physical mobility and navigation of uneven terrain
- Ability to lift equipment or materials up to approximately 15 pounds
