Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and counts change back to customers. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, initiate store recovery as needed, and uphold merchandising philosophy and cleanliness standards. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and support store culture through honesty and respect. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, multi-task, and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
