Early Am Aquatics MOD

Lifeguard on the Early Am shift serves as Aquatics MOD, overseeing the aquatics department operations and ensuring safety and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include preventing and responding to emergencies, enforcing center policies, coordinating with Head Lifeguard/Manager, implementing safety and cleaning procedures, maintaining pool-area appearance, complying with corporate standards, pursuing ongoing Red Cross lifeguard training, answering pool-rule questions, monitoring the lifeguard chair, following rotation schedules, and performing additional duties as assigned. Key skills include aquatics knowledge, early-morning availability (5am weekdays), strong communication, lifesaving surveillance and rescue techniques, understanding facility policies, leadership, and public relations. The role requires 18+ with lifeguard certification and accompanying CPR/AED/First Aid credentials.
