EAP Counsellor

Provide short-term counselling within the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to a diverse client base, adapting interventions to fit personal style, using clinical templates and technology to streamline note-taking, participating in team meetings and peer groups, and delivering high-quality care through a collaborative, well-supported team. The role emphasizes brief interventions, proactive collaboration with colleagues, strong time management, crisis/high-risk management, and a focus on meaningful human connections. Requires a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field, registration with the relevant Quebec professional order(s), and at least five years of clinical experience. Proficiency in French is required; bilingualism is an asset.
