Job Summary

Provide confidential behavioral health assessments, short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and follow-up support to employees and household members. Act as a strategic liaison to assigned entities, consulting with managers and HR on employee or workgroup issues while collaborating with Occupational Health and Employee Relations. Deliver orientations, well-being trainings, and workshops to promote EAP services and workplace mental health. Maintain a network of internal and external referral resources and manage high-impact projects and committees. This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor, and 2-3 years of experience in counseling or an Employee Assistance Program. The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days of onsite work at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Mass General Hospital, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $63,648 to $92,570.40 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker [LICSW - State License]
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor [LMHC - State License]
  • 2-3 years experience in providing counseling services
