Job Summary
Executive Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing leads the commercial strategy for The Ritz‐Carlton, shaping demand and driving revenue across rooms, groups and catering within a large, complex luxury hotel environment. Oversees a high‐performing Sales & Marketing team, manages the marketing budget, collaborates with Regional Marketing Communications, and partners with Marriott Digital Services to maximize occupancy, RevPAR and market share while building long‐term relationships with key customers, partners, and luxury travel advisors. Drives revenue growth through proactive and reactive sales initiatives, ensures seamless handoff between sales and operations, and maintains brand standards and service excellence across sales channels, proposals, contracts, and communications.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field, with 4 years of sales and marketing experience OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in the same fields, with 2 years of sales and marketing experience
