Job Summary
AM Morning Dough Production Mixer at Crumbl in Jenkintown, PA (Saturdays, 6am-2pm). Responsible for following Crumbl recipes and maintaining the pace of the mix plan, ensuring accurate measurement of ingredients, and smooth workflow as dough is passed to bakers for shaping and baking. Requires strong attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for perfection; training milestones may yield merit-based raises. Required Qualifications
- At least 17 years old
- Must be available to work Saturday mornings with options to pick up other shifts
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- Must be able to read recipes and measure accurately
- Working knowledge of Hobart mixers and previous baking/production experience is a plus
