Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests, assist with reservations and seating, and take food and drink orders to the kitchen. Operate the beverage cart, offering refreshments and snacks to golfers while maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and safety checks. Handle cash and credit card transactions, process payments via the POS system, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift. Set up and reset dining areas, clear tables, and address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Active Food Handler's Permit upon Hiring
- Active Alcohol Service License
- Minimum age requirements as per local regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry trays or items as needed
- Adherence to the restaurant's dress code and grooming standards
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
