Job Summary
Design, build, and operate Eagle Star and Eagle Pace systems while automating complex processes using PLSQL, Gitlab, and data quality tools. Gather requirements with business users, develop solutions, and execute test plans adhering to SDLC standards. Define operational procedures and provide 1st and 2nd level production support through incident management and triage. Assisting with estimates for design, coding, and testing. This contract-to-hire role in Pittsburgh, PA, offers a $62-$65/hr rate to candidates with strong technical skills in Oracle and MS SQL Server.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical skills working with Eagle Star, Eagle Pace platforms (version 15 or higher) using modules: IWS, PACE Uploader & Exporters, Eagle STAR Panels, PLSQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server) Expertise, Eagle Message Center
- Familiarity with Database architecture
- Familiarity with data quality control tools and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile software development, Scrum, and user stories
- Knowledge on using repository tools Gitlab or MFS
- Must be able to gather requirements and analyze solution options
- Must be able to develop solutions and define and execute test plans
- Must be able to define and implement operational procedures
- Must adhere to SDLC standards
- Must be able to provide 1st and 2nd level production support
- Must be able to assist with preparing estimates for design, coding, and testing
- Must be able to perform incident management and triage
