[EAF] Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary
Design and develop AI/ML solutions, including computer vision, GenAI, and natural language processing, to meet project specifications. Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML systems, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring. Own technical architecture for specific solutions and conduct in-depth data analysis to improve model accuracy. Mentor junior engineers on coding best practices and modern frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Implement MLOps best practices, including automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, while guiding the team through complex technical challenges. Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality frameworks across all assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4–6 years of experience
- Proven professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems
- Proven experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and MLOps practices
- Experience in owning technical topics and mentoring junior team members
- Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents/Frameworks, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DB
- Machine Learning, Neural Network Architectures, PyTorch, NLP, OpenCV / Image Processing, Model Based Development
- MLOps / ML Lifecycle Management, Model Validation & Evaluation, Data Annotation Basics
- Python, Data Modelling & Design, Code Review, Solution Design
- Problem Solving
- English Communication
- Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in Machine Learning or Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
