Job Summary
Manage the office for a Senior Employment Legal Counsel, handling diary management, meeting bookings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Draft, redline, and edit confidential legal and personnel documents while anticipating needs and solving emerging issues proactively. Act as the first point of contact for correspondence and phone calls, prioritizing internal and external requests with strong judgment. Organize high-volume calendars, maintain online and hard copy files, and coordinate complex international logistics for in-country meetings. Prepare materials for presentations and take meeting notes as required.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent attention to detail
- Must have previous PA or EA experience
