Job Summary
Lead the Process Technician team to ensure consistent performance, quality, and operational readiness for SMT/electronics manufacturing. Provide on-the-floor coaching, assign and monitor daily tasks to meet production goals and labor standards, and deliver data-driven corrective actions. Support onboarding/training across processes, communicate team performance and improvement opportunities, and uphold SoundOff Signal policies while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment. Must operate department equipment, manage line changeovers, and work four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days with occasional overtime; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or greater preferred
- Experience with SMT production operations
- Operate complex computer controlled equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand and utilize information from data sheets
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Detail oriented
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
