Job Summary
Entry-level EA-Client Support Specialist I provides timely, empathetic inbound support to Democratic campaigns, parties, PACs, and progressive organizations. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving client issues through cross-functional collaboration, maintaining detailed records of interactions and resolutions, leveraging internal documentation to deliver accurate support, and participating in team meetings and trainings. Must demonstrate a demonstrated interest in Democratic + progressive politics, be tech-savvy, and comfortable using fundraising and advocacy tools (e.g., NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, VoteBuilder). Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, patience, and a collaborative mindset are essential. This role is part of a bargaining unit and is located in the United States with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits preferred
- Experience with customer relations or equivalent field valued
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams (sales, product, data, engineering)
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
