Job Summary
Salesforce Systems Administrator responsible for ownership of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot). Role includes user management, data integrity, reporting/analytics, automation (Flow, Process Builder, Apex where applicable), and platform optimization. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, govern data, and drive adoption of CRM best practices. Fully remote within the United States with infrequent travel to regional meetings. Strong technical capability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a Salesforce administrative role.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional setting.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
