Job Summary
Support delivery of strategic capital investment programs across the ADS Platform by developing project charters, business requirements, and execution strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate deliverables while maintaining schedules, governance frameworks, and progress reporting. Lead technical evaluations, process engineering activities, and operational readiness initiatives. Manage risk, change, cost, and stakeholder requirements to ensure successful project delivery from design through start-up. Requires a Master's in Chemical, Process, or Pharmaceutical Engineering with fluency in English and German, plus experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemical, Process, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of process engineering, facility design, GMP operations, and capital project execution
- Understanding of the full project lifecycle, from design through start-up and operational readiness
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical engineering solutions
