Greet guests with a warm welcome, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and policies, and ensure food and beverage orders are entered into the POS accurately. Explain menu offerings, current promotions, and specials while assessing guest demeanor to identify behavioral issues and enforce alcohol awareness procedures. Retrieve food from the kitchen, transport items to the guest section, collect payments for all transactions, and maintain currency and coin for change. Keep the station clean, set up and take down tables, and perform shift change responsibilities including opening and closing duties. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, assist team members as needed, and obtain an Oklahoma ABLE Liquor License. Must be 21 years or older, willing to work weekends and holidays, and have prior bar experience.
