Job Summary

Drive group revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing business that aligns with the E11EVEN brand while meeting established sales goals and performance targets. Manage sales activity within the expense budget, initiate and follow up on leads, and maintain an active solicitation program to keep the property top of mind. Build strong relationships with existing accounts through the Account Coverage Program, host site inspections and client engagements, and serve as the primary onsite point of contact for group bookings. Respond strategically to inquiries, support promotions and sales blitzes, and leverage CRM systems to manage business and maintain account profiles. Achieve call goals, adhere to Prime Selling Time standards, and review meeting planner feedback with the Director of Sales to drive service improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of progressive sales experience
  • At least three years in a leadership or managerial role within high‐performance, revenue‐driven environments
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong technical proficiency in Windows‐based systems and company‐approved spreadsheets and word‐processing applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • The presence, polish, and confidence to engage high‐profile clients, senior leadership, and VIP guests
  • A refined ability to listen, read the room, anticipate needs, and clearly articulate value‐driven solutions
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform at an elite level in a fast‐paced, high‐energy, nightlife‐influenced environment
  • A results‐obsessed mindset
  • Advanced problem‐solving skills
  • The ability to analyze, interpret, and leverage complex sales data and market intelligence
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Attendance at all required hotel meetings, trainings, and brand activations

  • Flexibility to support the rhythm and demands of a lifestyle property

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience within a hotel, resort, or luxury lifestyle hospitality brand
  • Hands‐on exposure to entertainment‐forward, nightlife‐adjacent, or destination properties
  • College coursework in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
