Job Summary
Collect CAD data from the design team and evaluate its quality. Conduct meshing to create models for simulating vehicle features. Set up connections, materials, and calculation conditions for the model. Proficiently use meshing software such as ANSA, HYPERMESH, and CATIA to collect and check CAD data. Ensure the quality and timing of the model according to standard requirements. Support in setting up calculation conditions and running simulation calculations for vehicle feature analysis. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with 2 years of experience in modeling for automotive simulation analysis using LS-DYNA, ABAQUS, or NASTRAN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in modeling for automotive simulation analysis using LS-DYNA, ABAQUS, NASTRAN, PAM CRASH computational environments
- Proficient in software such as Ansa, Hypermesh, Catia, Teamcenter
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, automotive
- Knowledge of finite element analysis in simulation analysis and applicable in product development
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to programme in Python and Macro VBA is a plus
