E-Sales Agent - Honda West

The E-Sales Agent at Honda West engages customers contacting the dealership to purchase new or pre-owned vehicles, with the goal of generating sales appointments and directing customers to the dealership. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, internet inquiries, and chats; providing timely, accurate price and purchasing information; offering payment options and quotes; and managing follow-ups to convert inquiries into appointments. The role requires strong communication skills (written and verbal), exceptional customer service, proficiency with CRM and lead-management tools, knowledge of products/inventory, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend schedule availability is required. Compensation is $40,000–$70,000 plus commission; full-time in-person role based in Las Vegas, NV.
