Job Summary
Process all incoming airline equipment sanitation, distribute internal airline equipment, and perform building cleaning tasks according to the master schedule. Build beverage carts, equipment, and cutlery rollups based on customer assembly instructions while ensuring all customer specifications and assembly requirements are met. Comply with HACCP/GMP and food safety rules, meet kitchen-ready times for assigned flights, and maintain a safe working environment by reporting accidents immediately. Participate in L-10 meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments. Work rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules within a 24/7 operation, including overnight shifts
- Ability to maintain productivity while ensuring high-quality sanitation standards
- Ability to follow instructions, training, and safety procedures consistently
- Strong teamwork, communication, and accountability
- Ability to work during peak seasonal blackout periods (e.g., year-end, summer)
- Experience with conveyor belt dishwashing machines and industrial sanitation equipment
- Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including overnight, holidays, weekends, and overtime
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Flexible, analytical, and proactive team player
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation standards
- Food Handler Certificate required (ServSafe or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Food Protection Manager Certification is a plus
- Airline catering experience is a plus
