Job Summary
The E&P Business Developer role involves identifying and targeting new customers while executing a robust sales plan for cylinder gas and hard goods sales. Responsibilities include leading prospecting efforts, optimizing on-site time for negotiations, selling and promoting products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working with the Area Sales Manager for continuous service improvement. Successful applicants should have prior sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, effective communication capabilities, and a full driving license. This is a full-time position requiring a self-motivated individual.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and prospecting new customers
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone and in person
- Capability to quickly build rapport with customers and stakeholders across the business
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in industrial gases, welding products, or gas (desired but not essential)
